Privacy policy

CSSERV stores account details, language choice, user actions, and technical data required to secure and operate the directory. IP data used for anti-fraud and auditing should be hashed or minimized. Data is never used to secretly alter the organic ranking. Voting uses separate HMAC identifiers for your account and browser cookie: one vote per server every 24 hours. No device fingerprint is collected, and a shared IP does not prevent other household members from voting. Temporary cooldown records become eligible for cleanup 48 hours after a vote and are removed in small batches during subsequent requests; immediate deletion is not guaranteed while idle. Vote and audit history is kept separately to verify the rating, without the original cookie token or IP in the vote event.
